We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 5-year warranty on our Ooni Fyra, Ooni Karu and Ooni Koda outdoor oven ranges when you register your pizza oven with Ooni. Your Ooni pizza oven must be registered within 60 days of receipt in order to claim the 5-year warranty.

We guarantee you that your Ooni Pizza Oven will let you cook great pizza at home. 

So - if you buy an Ooni pizza oven and you can’t make great pizza you have 60 days to return it for free.  Ooni + you = great pizza or we will buy it back.

This is a one-to-one Bluetooth connection that syncs your mobile device with your oven to:

Assembling your Karu 2 Pro is simple and takes less than 30 minutes.Download the Ooni appfor step by step instructions.

Pizza (of course), steaks, flame-kissed veggies, dips, skillet sides... we could go on and on.

The Karu 2 Pro includes a digital food probe for making sure meats are at exactly the right temperature, and adjusting the rear and chimney baffles can also help you adjust temperature and heat distribution.

Ooni Karu 2 Pro is built for use solely in the great outdoors.

If you'd like to cook indoors and outdoors, then check out Ooni Volt 12.

If you're opting for solid fuels, use only always use high-quality, kiln-dried hardwood logs not larger than 20cm (8''). Start with small kindling and natural fire starters. Or, you can also use high-quality lump charcoal (avoid briquettes). Avoid any high-resin woods or treated solid fuels.

You can also use an optional gas burner* for the Karu 2 Pro.

It measures 31.9'' x 19.7'' x 32.7'' (810mm x 500mm x 830mm) and weighs 63 lbs (28.5kg).

The serial number can be found on the rating plate, and also on a small sticker located on the base of the oven. It can also be found on the product's box.
