Christmas Delivery Information
Place your gift orders before Sunday 11th December and we’ll make sure they make it in time to be placed under the Christmas tree. Due to longer delivery times in WA & NT orders must be placed before Wednesday 7th December.
Western Australia Delays • There are major disruptions in key road and rail transport lines to Western Australia and so there could be increased delays to this region. As ever, we endeavour to deliver as promptly as possible.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. This excludes gift cards. At this time, we are currently unable to deliver to addresses in a selection of remote postcodes, see the below FAQ for further details. Any order under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $15 shipping.
If you change your mind and the item is unused and in original packaging. You have until 60 days after the date of receipt of your goods to request a return.
Important note on PO Boxes - We are unable to deliver any Ooni Pizza Oven to PO Box addresses due to size and weight restrictions.
If you have not received a tracking link via email or received your order within the time frames stated above, please contact us and we’ll check the order’s status for you or check out support.ooni.com.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received successfully. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display delivery details.

Other regions - Sorry! From our online stores we only deliver to Australia, Canada, US, UK and Europe.
If you wish to ship to a region outside of these areas, you can choose to use a freight forwarding service, however, please note that the Ooni Warranty is only applicable to our shipping regions, and we accept no liability for losses or damages in transit via freight forwarders.
Your items may arrive in separate parcels, as they may not all fit in one box. If not all of your items arrive at the same time, then please allow 3 working days before contacting us - as they may be on their way to you separately!

We don’t currently have gift wrapping available and Ooni products ship with references to their contents on the box.
We know Ooni makes such an awesome gift, our products are shipped in a branded box, but this does not show any pricing information. As soon as your product is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so that you can intercept before your loved one gets a sneak peak at their gift!
