Terms and conditions of the Flash Deal Store Credit Offer - May 2023

This campaign is organised by Ooni Pty Ltd (ACN 660203832), a company registered in Australia with its registered address at Macpherson Kelley, Level 7, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the campaign. Our standard terms and conditions of sale will apply to any purchase you decide to make, and should be read together with these campaign terms and conditions.

Campaign Period: 25 May 2023 to 29 May 2023 (4:30pm ACST - 11:59pmACST)

Eligibility: this campaign is open to any consumer who wishes to purchase one of our qualifying products for shipping within Australia.

Campaign Mechanics: discount applies to products on au.ooni.com. During the campaign, the following ovens are qualifying products:

• Fyra 12, Karu 12, Koda 12. Purchasers of these qualifying products will get a store credit of $75 AUD
• Karu 16 and Koda 16. Purchasers of these qualifying products will get a store credit of $150 AUD

Once you have purchased a qualifying product, the store credit will be emailed to the contact email address provided during the purchase. This store credit can be used in future purchases, but can only be used once this campaign has ended and in a single transaction.

Exclusions: this campaign does not apply to all products we sell. The campaign only applies to the qualifying products described above and shown on our website as such.

Returns: our usual terms and conditions of sale govern our returns process. If you return your qualifying product, your store credit discount code will be cancelled.

Restrictions: 

• Purchases of the qualifying oven product (to obtain the store credit) cannot be made in conjunction with any other discount. 
• The store credit must be used in a single transaction. Any unused store credit will be lost. 
• The store credit can only be used after this campaign ends. The store credit will be valid from 01 June 2023 (12.01am ACST) until 30 July 2023 (11.59pm ACST). 
• The store credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
