Ooni HQ is based in Edinburgh, Scotland and we ship worldwide from warehouses in the UK, USA and Australia.
Orders from North America as well as international orders are shipped from warehouses in Nevada and New Jersey.
Orders over $100 include free shipping within Mainland USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
International orders: customs charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Orders from the UK and Europe are shipped from Essex, England. Orders placed by 11:00 UK time are usually shipped the same day. Next business day delivery in the UK and 3-5 business days in transit to Europe.
Orders over £75 include free shipping within Mainland UK.
Orders from Australia are shipped from Sydney. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours with delivery in 1-3 business days. Shipping rates are based on weight and will available at checkout.

We know that you will love your Ooni product and we endeavour to make your order experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. If you have changed your mind and you would like to return an unused Ooni product, we can help out. Ooni products ship with a return period of 60 days.

Return shipping costs
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we’ll cover the costs of getting it back to us. We’ll also cover return shipping if an item is returned in its original packaging and within 60 days of its delivery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete or outside of the 60 day period. In these cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. We always minimise these costs and source the lowest rates available.
Returns from outside of mainland UK / USA
If you are returning an Ooni product from outside of the UK or USA, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
